UX Products are meticulously made & shipped from within the USA and Overseas.

Once shipped you will be provided with a tracking number.

Certain products have a wait period of about 1-6 weeks. 

Other products have no wait period, meaning they are in stock and ready to ship out.

Every product we produce/build is inspected inside out before shipping to guarantee no flaws are on the garment/product.

If in any scenario your item arrives damaged, 

please contact us within 72 hours of receiving & provide your full name, order number & photos so we may assist you.
